The space
Enjoy this beautiful remodel basement with all the amenities you need to make yourself at Home! We offer long term rental for those working professionals nurses, IT and contractors needing a quiet and comfortable space for you to enjoy. Enjoy a 50” smart TV in living room with free Roku channels or sign in to your favorite apps of Netflix, Hulu, HBO max and etc. There is an office desk space for those who need to work from home. This unit has a private entrance with a private patio to enjoy the wooded and greenery of this beautiful neighborhood.
Guest access
Your private basement apartment includes access to the neighborhood swimming pool(seasonal), tennis court, lake area.
To access pool or tennis court you will need a key fob, which we will provide code to access in a lock box with further details.
To access lake area. You can walk there from the property. Leaving the property go right on the road. Once you pass the 3rd house on the right you will see a pathway between the 3rd and 4th house. This will take you to an open area, where you will find picnic tables, a fishing pier and the lake.
Other things to note
Parking is available on driveway. You have two car spots in designated parking. Any guest who visit can park on street. We also have our lovely and friendly dog Saedi, who lives in our fenced backyard. She loves people and may say hello from time to time!
