The interior living space features beautiful exposed wood from top to bottom, an open kitchen with every essential for flipping pancakes or simmering hearty stews, and a soft leather sofa where you can kick back each evening as you find something fun to watch on the wall-mounted flatscreen TV.

This home enjoys lakefront access to Sandy Bay on the southeastern shores of Moosehead Lake, allowing you to launch your boat or dip your toes in the water just a few steps from your front door. You'll be four miles north of downtown Greenville's shops and eateries and six miles south of Lily Bay State Park, where you'll find 925 quiet, protected acres with a sandy swimming beach, a playground, two trailer-accessible boat ramps, and a two-mile walking trail with views of the lake. Come wintertime, you can ride snowmobiles, ice-fish, or hit the slopes at Big Squaw Mountain Ski Area (12 miles west); in the summer, you can tee off at the Mt.
