This 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom unit sits above the garage of our historic Fairmount Blvd mansion. This is the perfect set up for one to two people. It's about half a mile from the Cedar/Fairmount dining district where you'll find local favorites like Zhug, The Fairmount Wine Bar, Luna Bakery, and Barrio Tacos. Cleveland Clinic, University Hospitals, and Case Western Reserve University are a few miles away.
The unit has its own private entrance with a keyless entry. The living room has a couch, a wing-back chair, and a Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more. The kitchen is fully stocked with a gas stove/oven, a fridge, cookware, coffee maker, and microwave. NOTE: No dishwasher provided.
There is a queen bed and a full bathroom. The bedroom and living room are carpeted.
Guests may use the garage. No more than 2 cars allowed. Washing machine and dryer are free to use located near the unit entrance.
You're just a short drive to grocery stores, Whole Foods, the Cedar Lee Independent movie theater, Cleveland Heights Public Library, Little Italy, Coventry main street filled with restaurants and shopping, great Cleveland Heights breweries, Starbucks, Target, and Walmart.
