Three king-sized bedrooms provide luxurious comfort for couples or those seeking extra space. A fourth bedroom features two full-over-full bunk beds, ideal for families or groups of friends. Finally, the fifth bedroom offers a full-over-full bunk bed with a twin trundle bed, ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to sleep.

- Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees. If you do, you will risk the AC unit freezing up, requiring it to thaw out which will result in the home getting extremely warm.
- Should an eviction occur due to breaking house rules (noise ordinance violations, excessive guests and/or vehicles beyond the agreed amount), there will be an $850 fine.
