Cozy cottage in Berry, near Châteauroux and 20 minutes from George Sand's House, the medieval Château de Sarzay, Argenton-sur-Creuse (the Green Venice of Berry), Gargilesse-Dampierre and St Benoit du Sault (one of the most beautiful villages in France).
Plus points: on-site badminton, pétanque, and swings. Right next to an 18th-century castle with views of the green countryside, this detached house features on the ground floor: entrance hall, hallway, shower room, toilet, equipped kitchen, dining room, large living room, and 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 cm x 200 cm) with its own bathroom and toilet.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (7 single beds) and 1 bedroom (1 bed 160 cm x 200 cm and a crib) - bathroom - toilet.
Bed linens, heating, and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the price. Regarding bed linen, cleaning is carried out by a laundry company that ensures high standards of hygiene. You will find it at the foot of each bed because we do not provide bed linen.
Bathroom linens are available for rent for €7/person.
