Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 2022 (Jan-Mar) was our second winter season in this condo. The condo was remodeled in 2021. We loved the simplicity of the condo, easy entrance/exit and it’s great location close to 41/Pelican Bay Blvd North - walking distance to Publix, UPS, CVS, etc. The property is professionally managed and responsive to all our needs. The owners were terrific. And the kitchen remodel made the condo much more user friendly. Pool/hot tub amenities are good and now they have BBQ’s, which we used a lot - 2 minute walk from condo. Neighbors are nice and place is relatively quiet. One mile from PB’s North Beach Club tram entrance. All in all a great place to stay for past 2 seasons.
