This is a fully furnished well-lit 2 bd, 1 bath, downstairs apartment in one of Salt Lake City's iconic neighborhoods, Sugarhouse. The bedrooms have large closets with egress size windows. It has private entrance and fully fenced backyard, kitchenette, and shared laundry. There is always parking available in front of the house, we are in a safe, friendly, and quiet neighborhood. The rent includes all the utilities, high speed internet, and cozy outdoor sitting areas with a view of my organic vegetables garden, grapevines, and mature fruit trees. You will have easy access to I-15 and I-80, as well as to Sugarhouse restaurants, shops, and parks. The house is about 15 minutes from the city's urban center, Wasatch Mountains, less than five miles from University of Utah, Westminster College, and Salt Lake Community College. This is an ideal place for academics, fellows, mature students, and traveling professionals. I am an Iranian-American retired academic who loves nature, animals, and diversity. Two cats live upstairs with me, my cats are friendly and polite. Unfortunately I cannot accommodate other pets and children. When possible I share my organic home cooking food with who lives here.
