Summary: Nice and quite little space above an unoccupied garage. House is older and floors were not level. The wall units where load and did not cool very well. The house was mostly clean, but landlord had skipped dusting for the month. The waterway was beautiful, but not swimmable. They are currently in a drought and the water was very shallow and warm.
