Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on the South Carolina/North Carolina line at 3000 feet, this home is located in a gated private retirement community with plenty of amenities and privacy. All beds feature new beds for maximum comfort!
The living room features a large stone fireplace (no screen), leather love seat, & two chairs. Samsung Frame TV for Hulu access or enjoy the art and quiet surroundings. Master bedroom features a king size bed, corner faux fireplace with electric heater, & private entrance with patio. An additional bedroom on the lower level has two twin size beds,. no tv. A full bath is located in the hallway outside of the room with twin beds. The lower level also features a screen porch with outdoor furniture and rockers. A patio off of the sunroom has a grill, chairs, & five person hot tub. Upstairs you'll find a third bedroom with a queen size bed, private balcony, and half bath. You'll also find a loft area open to the lower level, surrounded by natural light, and with a large additional balcony.
