Summary: We had lots of issues with this stay. The host didn’t send check in info until I reached out to customer support the morning we were supposed to check in. The internet didn’t work for the first 14 days. It would connect for a couple minutes and then disconnect for 20-30 minutes at a time constantly until a field supervisor from the internet provider came out and finally fixed it on day 14. During the entire stay the host was extremely difficult to get ahold of. I had to reach out to support numerous times and have them reach out to the host to even get a response. On day 15 we found a cockroach in the rental and decided to end our stay early. We left and found a different rental immediately. Overall the stay was very stressful and unpleasant. In the end the host was apologetic and offered a partial refund for the early check out and also for the issues we experienced. We would not book this rental again under any circumstance.
