Summary: Check in was stated to be at 3pm and we weren’t given access until 4:15. Their reasoning was that “suites take longer to clean” when we entered the suite, it felt warm. We tried lowering the temperature but it turned out the AC wasn’t working so we had to call maintenance to fix it. The lotion is the restroom appeared to be used as if it wasn’t switched out. The room looked tidy and the bed was comfortable but I don’t know if I’d be willing to stay there again.
