Stunning and spacious one private bed and bath, access to full kitchen, no pantry and shared laundry. Shared entrance with a very comfortable and cozy living space. Sleeps 2 and located in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood. One car parking, great location near D.C many data centers, and easy access to scenic Virginia wine country, Shenandoah valley and Luray caverns. A 7% of occupancy tax would be charged on your arrival.The tax is 7% of the total amount paid for room rental. Please be kind to clean the dishes/cookware and cutleries after each usage and put in in the dishwasher . No dining in bedrooms , feel free to use the common dining area . Kindly use microwave and stove only for chicken , goat and vegetarian options . No pork,beef or bacon.
Make sure you close your windows, turn off all the lights and fan if there , whenever leaving the room . Early checkin,late check in and late checkout are available at an additional price of 25$.Check in time is 3pm-10pm and checkout by 12 pm.A 25$ replacement fee has to be paid in cash if you lose the key.A copy of your id(passport,driving license ) would be needed at the time of checkin.If you could strip the bed before checkout, I will really appreciate it. The air conditioner temperature is set at 73 F. If you want to raise or lower it little bit, please let me know.Please don't bring any extra guests or friends with you.
