Don’t book if you plan to smoke anything of any kind, bring animals or children. 2 people limit. I like to keep a clean, allergen free location for all guests.
Coffee/tea bar, one level home, living room, wet bar, microwave, toaster oven, hot plate & dining nook. Separate bedroom and bathroom-. Shared swimming pool,hot tub, & bbq . Parking in a quiet neighborhood, apartment refrigerator, Linens supplied. Wifi/tv, space heater, a/c is brand new, good naturally lighting, back deck is serene. Private yet close to town. Gym/restaurants/coffee shops/hospital are 7-10 mins away, great hikes and bike trails very close by, Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay, Whiskeytown Lake, an hour away from snow activities.
Quiet hours are 9pm-8am.Trash trucks can be heard twice on Friday mornings (6 am-12 noon). Yard & pool maintenance on Thursdays

Summary: My daughter and I loved staying at Rebecca’s place. It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. The AC was already turned down to a comfortable temperature for our arrival and cold waters were in the refrigerator. Rebecca messaged throughout our stay to check in and see if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful backyard and pool. I would definitely stay her again.
