Beautiful stone house of the nineteenth century, completely renovated, located in a 6 Ha farm, very quiet ideal for getting lost and disconnected.
It is located a few km from San Vicente de la Barquera and the beaches of Oyambre and Prellezo.
On the ground floor, it has a conservatory, with stunning views of the farm, dining room, TV area, kitchen and guest toilet, as well as a large fully furnished porch and outdoor dining room.
On the upper floor, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.

Summary: Lovely house for two families. Amazing outdoor space and views from the property. Comfy beds lovely towels and bedding. Good outdoor BBQ and wood fires. The glass windowed extension is a lovely to place to wake up with the sun coming up. 7KM from nearest supermarket in the lovely San Vicente De La Barquera. Some fab beaches near there also. We arrived very late due to flight delays but the entry was sorted by our host. Good communication. Pros Beautiful house lovely location. Outdoor space enjoyable Good location however a car is a must. Some amazing beaches a short drive. We arrived from Bilbao (2 hour drive) good roads. Check the location carefully on Google maps as you need to drive up a farm track to find the cottage (that was no problem for us but I had looked carefully on Google Earth and Google maps beforehand the turning is just before you see the sign to enter the village of Abanillas. Cons There didn’t appear to be any bars or restaurants in walking distance. (We didn’t mind) A few essentials on arrival would have been great. Maybe offer a welcome pack with basics. We arrived late so were unable to get our own until the next day. Also (being English) we love a cup of tea. No kettle so needed to boil water in pans. But the coffee machine made great coffee - a nice treat. This region of Spain is wonderful had great meals out and visited Covadonga in the Picos De Europa. Stunning. Thanks for the rental. Lovely stay and exactly as shown in the pictures.
