This sweet cottage has been totally remodeled with high-end stainless steel appliances, hand hewn wood accents, ceramic floors & lots of modern touches. Covered front porch to enjoy your morning coffee and privacy fencing in backyard. Hiking, mountain biking, shopping & the French Broad River are all within 15 minutes. Monthly stays welcome.
I live close by but you'll be able to check in without me. I'm happily available through the app or by text.
Located in Oakley (a residential neighborhood) just 2.5 miles from Biltmore House entrance, Biltmore Village and Downtown Asheville.
Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

Our home is located in the Oakley Community which is a residential neighborhood. There is a public park 1 mile away where you can play tennis, let the kids play on the playground, take a run, or have a picnic.
We provide a corn hole game for a little friendly competition.
