1/2 mile from New Port Richey town center community park and river walk pathways. Close to the Trinity Hospital, shopping, restaurants and all conveniences. 10 minutes from Tarpon Springs. 20 minutes from North Clearwater.
Rate includes all utilities (electric, water, sewer, trash, cable, lawn and WiFi). Super clean inside, newly remodeled with granite countertops and brand new appliances.

Lovely beaches are around 20 minutes away by car, and there are numerous county, state, and city parks to explore within an easy drive. A sightseeing boat, the Miss Daisy, will take you up the Cotee River past the mansions built by filmstars from the early days of Hollywood when this forgotten little town almost became America's film capitol.
