Summary: 1.Room.... ordinary condition, mould around shower screen and the base. Old crumbs in utensil drawer. 2. Stove ....dirty around the edges, had to scrape the grease and dirt myself to clean, so i able to cook on it. 3. Curtain in bedroom torn and dirty, and difficult to slide the sliding window. 4. No security or any screen on the bedroom window. 5. Bedding.. pillows thin, uncomfortable, need to be replaced 6. Toaster... small, old looks burnt and un hygienic. Good things are.... excellent view and excellent size apartment. Cold air-conditioning. Location is perfect and staff are good. Great working bbqs with excellent shade cover. Currently lots of work to building but lots of noise. Overall ots ok.
