3 Bedroom House in Cookson

NO PETS. Located in a very quiet area of the lakeTwo story house in the Cookson Bend area, overlooking the water just N of Cookson Marina. Marina is 1.5 miles away. Two 60" 4K TV's upstairs. 9 Person Hot Tub. Outdoor Kitchen with gas grill, refrigerator, TV that has whatever is on master bedroom TV on it. Home is complete with microwave, electric stove, side by side refrigerator, washer and dryer. One small room with bunk beds, upstairs loft has to twin log beds. Master Bedroom has King bed, Twin bed, fold out sofa and a day bed. A sun room at the front of the house overlooking the lake has multiple recliners for relaxing and reading a book. Home has a security system as well as outdoor cameras covering the outside of the property. While we want everyone to enjoy their time at the lake, it should be noted that it is located in a quiet neighborhood with year round residents. Loud parties and drinking are not acceptable. Alcohol is not prohibited but moderation is required.

NO PETS

If additional space is needed, there is a guest house that can be added for 75.00 per night. It can be added upon arrival.
