This home is set up to fully accommodate remote work with high-speed internet and an open loft-style second-level with workspace.
As you enter this gorgeous townhome on the ground level, you will find the kitchen and open living space is a top highlight of the home, constructed with modern decor and an open main floor plan. Large walk-in pantry with ample space and all of the amenities of home, including a coffee maker (local coffee provided) and classic Coca-Cola cooler.
Off of the kitchen is the living area; with its deep-seated sectional couch, an oversized chair, and large smartTV, your Netflix and chill or family game nights will be a hit. The floor-to-ceiling windows allow tons of natural light to pour into the main floor, giving it an energetic and bright feel during the day, or hang out at the picnic table on the patio to soak in the Denver sun. (The propane gas grill, fire-pit, and outdoor heaters on-site are NOT AN ADVERTISED AMENITY - adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed) There is also a mudroom leading from the garage which is a perfect area for all of your outdoor gear!
Head up the steps and you will arrive on the second level with another living area. This open loft-style level provides access to a workspace with a desk and chair, smartTV, and queen-size sleeper sofa for the times that extra bit of sleeping space is desired.
On the third level, which is dedicated to the bedrooms, you discover the primary bedroom suite. The primary bedroom boasts a luxe queen bed, so you can get some peaceful shut-eye or enjoy the smartTV, and is accompanied by a spacious, modern bathroom suite with dual vanity and a large glass walk-in shower. The second bedroom is also on this level and includes another queen bed, with the washer and dryer conveniently located between the bedrooms. The best part of the house though… the incredible rooftop patio! The balcony faces north, west, and south while also providing views to the east giving you a grand look over the state of Colorado. A quick peek to the north for the Downtown Denver skyline or see the Rocky Mountain-scape backdrop to the west any time of the day. Be sure to set aside some time in the evening to take in the cotton candy sunset that will illuminate this view, taking you on an epic sensory journey of whirling colors. The balcony has room for the entire group, boasting a plush oversized sectional outdoor sofa, tables, and chairs. The rooftop deck couldn’t be a more perfect space for an outdoor workout, yoga practice, or alfresco meals with a view! We are located less than a mile from the light rail at Alameda Station providing easy access to Downtown, Denver Internation Airport, and the greater metro area. Driving instead of riding the light rail?... There is some free street parking available across the road and on some of the surrounding blocks, plus you’ll also have access to the attached 1-car garage which includes an additional freezer, as well as bike and ski storage (please note that this can fit a compact to a medium-sized vehicle, but SUVs and vehicles with cargo boxes on top will need to use the street parking available on the opposite side of the street).

Our home is located South of Downtown and perfectly positioned between Washington Park, Denver University, Concerts at Ruby Hill Park, and near to the Art District on Santa Fe. With a neighborhood walk score of 90 and a bike score of 94, all of Denver is your oyster.
Less than a mile away you can explore one of the city’s most cherished open spaces, Washington Park! There are miles of trails winding through and around the park which connect to the entire Denver area! Wash Park also boasts tennis and basketball courts, a playground, peaceful gardens, as well as two ponds... be sure to head to the pond on the Northern side of the park for various styles of bicycle and boat rentals for the whole family to enjoy!
