Positive: The location on the water, apartment was clean and spacious and the balcony look over the water was beautiful and peaceful.
Negative: You definitely hear street noise from the bedroom that had 2 single bed so that woke me up each morning.
Summary: Was exactly what we needed, would have liked a sleep in :)
