Positive: Close to grocery & work location. Also local sites were easily walked, would've been better during better time of year.
Negative: Neighborhood is run down & kind of poor area just like any other tourist trap, but house was recently painted & updated. Had a mouse in the house after finding my box of donuts had a hole in top with a bunch of shaving & droppings, which I messaged host but received no response other than wanting to know if I was checking out earlier then agreed on my last day. Didn't like that I had to keep switching sides of street for parking, $25 fine if caught on wrong side. Didn't have any issues with people messing or damaging car.
