This unit is located on the first floor. The Diplomat is a very popular snow bird destination and a perfect spot for a couple's getaway or a family vacation. Complex is on the beach with a short walk through private gate to unit. Enjoy the ocean without the crowds of a public beach. Watch the sunrise or take a walk on the beach to the Cocoa Beach Pier. Property has several activities including a pool, tennis court, bocce court, shuffleboard and horseshoes. Great location close to stores and restaurants, less than an hour to all Orlando attractions including Disney and Universal. Minutes from Port Canaveral and Kennedy Space Center.

Summary: Mark was an amazing host—extremely accommodating and easy to work with. Everything was seamless from day one, and communication was always prompt and clear.The property is fantastic: very close to the beach and conveniently located near everything you might need. Publix in Cocoa Beach is nearby, there is plenty of parking available, and the complex offers great amenities including a pool and tennis courts. The area is very walkable, making it easy to get around without a car.Overall, an excellent experience from both the host and the property. Highly recommended.
