“Coast Leumeah” is a delightful double storey family & pet friendly home in Surf Beach just a comfortable walk from the beach and a short drive from the supermarkets, restaurants & cafés of Cowes. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
Downstairs is the 2nd Living Room/Games Room (with pool table and smart tv), Bedroom 5 - which is a converted garage (with smart tv), Bedroom 3 and a bathroom/laundry (with shower & toilet, washing machine & clothes dryer). Upstairs is the large main Living/Dining Room (with smart tv), Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3, plus another bathroom (with shower & toilet). The side enclosed balcony is accessed from the Dining Room and the front balcony is accessed from the meals area.
Outdoor Areas
The long-enclosed side balcony is accessed from the main living room and has a gas BBQ. There is also an external set of stairs for this balcony. The front balcony has a table & seating for 6 people. The 24m long 3.2m wide driveway provides plenty of parking for up to 4 vehicles (cars and/or a boat) and the enclosed block is perfect for children and pets (no cats please) and also features a hot & cold-water outdoor shower.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, toaster oven, air fryer, De'Longhi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, dishwasher, electric oven and cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There are 2 wall mounted reverse cycle air-conditioning units in the home, one in the upstairs Living/Dining Room and the other in the downstairs 2nd Living/Games Room.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 9 beds accommodating up to 14 guests:
Bedroom 1 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): One Tri-bunk
Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 4 (Downstairs): One Queen bed
Bedroom 5 (Downstairs): One Queen bed, one Tri-bunk and one Single Trundle bed
Please note: The Tri-bunk has a double bed base with a single bed above it.
Bedroom 5 is a fully lined, converted garage.
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm unless by prior arrangement. Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.
