Positive: Location Staff attitude and behaviour
Negative: 1. The room booked was different from what it was on listing. Some issue with listing on booking.com. needs to be updated. 2. Hard to find as Google Map shows different name of property than what is there in the listing. 3. Timing of tea/coffee starts after 8am which can cause inconvenience to many travellers who are on a scheduled itinerary since many sightseeing locations need you to start your day early. It can be started from atleast 7am with prompt services.
Summary: Good location, kind staff, service can be better for the price
