A spacious, clean and comfortable beach shack, one street back from the beautiful Sellicks Beach which is a drive on beach!!
Sleeping 12 people this two storey property has ample space with two separate living areas. The huge back yard boasts an abundance of green lawn, an amazing outdoor entertaining area with BBQ and fire-pit as well as a games room with tv, pool table and darts. Pets are welcome too!
Plenty of local attractions including pubs, restaurants, cafe's, brewery's and wineries as well as the beautiful coastline of Sellicks Beach. Winery/Brewery Tours can be arranged.
Strictly no parties or events. Loud music/noise prohibited at night.
Bedding and linen are provided, simply arrive, relax and enjoy your holiday.

Summary: The property suited our needs and offerred plenty for the whole family with many activities. Location was perfect for beach access. We would recommend a sliding door between the upstairs shared bedroom for more privacy. Otherwise- thank you
