When you arrive at the front entrance once you enter the first door there is a white cabinet. Open the cabinet and look for the lock box labeled Lone Star STS. You will receive the code to access the lock box where the key fob is held.
Once you have opened the lock box, please take the key fob and return the lock box to the cabinet. Upon check out you will return the key fob to the lockbox and place back into the cabinet.
You need the key fob to access the elevators and all amenities on the premises.
There is a $100 fee if you lose the key fob or forget to replace it in the lockbox upon check out.
Please do not communicate with the employees that work on premises. Please reach out on platform as I will have to complete and submit requests through the provided app that only the Host has access to directly. Don’t want any confusion or miscommunication to occur during your stay. Lone Star wants you to enjoy a seamless and memorable stay!
