This newly renovated penthouse is located on the 4th Floor of an old building without elevator, With 81m² of living space, the apartment is very spacious and divided on two levels. In the lower level you will find a fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, cutlery and other cooking utensils. A staircase leads to the spacious living / sleeping area, which is furnished in a luxurious style. A large sofa, flat screen TV, CD & DVD player and WiFi ensure your relaxation. In addition, another highlight awaits you here - a 60m² roof terrace with a sensational view of the Black Forest and the Freiburg Minster. The apartment also has a designer bathroom with a towel warmer and toilet with integrated hot / cold water rinsing. If you arrive by car, you can park it free of charge in the underground garage, which is 500m away from the apartment. Bed linen and towels are of course provided.
