Positive: Loved having a full apartment with amenities. Nice having underground parking spot too. Great location in reference to main street with shops (just a 5 minute walk). Also close to the bus stop.
Negative: There is another room that is rented out, and connected to the main living area that gets to share the space with you. However your bedroom door does not have a lock on it and the windows were so drafty that if I shut the bedroom door it was like an icebox.
Summary: Convenient location.
