The comfortable décor feels simple and spare, yet stylish, clean, and contemporary—for a fresh take on coastal interiors. Outdoors, four spacious porches offer rocking chairs, gliders and tables for intimate seating areas where you can enjoy quiet morning coffee or social, sunset cocktails.
Don’t leave pets at home! They enjoy the beach, too, and our vacation home welcomes them!
AMENITIES: At North, Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, a fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, a coffee shop and café, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.
MAIN LIVING SPACE: A grand gathering space on the first level combines kitchen, living room and dining. Enjoy modern appliances in the gorgeous kitchen with a stylish island offering bar-height dining. The kitchen opens to dining area and to the comfortable living room, with stylish sectional sofa and shiplap details.
SLEEPING QUARTER: All bedrooms are located on the second floor. Stepping into the primary suite is an escape altogether. The luxury king bed has a front row seat to gorgeous views of the majestic dunes, set to the musical lull of waves crashing in the distance. In the handsome bathroom, with its contemporary design choices, the grand, walk-in shower is a work of art with exquisite tile work.
The bunkroom is a child’s dream with two built-in bunks, complete with individual reading lights and cubbies to stow games and gear. The guest room has a queen bed dressed with airy Euro linens and pillows.
GREAT FEATURES: In addition to fab porch space, the home also has a private, landscaped, and grassy backyard, complete with outdoor grill and outdoor dining table for dining al fresco. Mustang Island’s unique ecosystem, the serene beaches of Port Aransas, and posh Cinnamon Shore pools are all only a few minutes’ walk or bike ride away. On-site restaurants Lisabella’s Bistro and Dylan’s pizzeria, stocked fishing ponds, and a fitness center are also only a short walk from this perfect vacation home.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cloud Nine 136 BE had a great location with a very convenient fenced in back yard for our dogs. The property was clean and had all of the amenities we needed as a family of 6. Everything was clean, and well laid out. We will definitely consider this property again when we return to Cinnamon Shore.
