If you are planning on staying in Vienna for MORE THAN SIX MONTHS and are looking for a cozy and chic place to live, then this is the right apartment for you!
We refurnished the entire apartment about a year ago and cannot wait to meet a responsible and nice person to rent out our beloved apartment in the heart of Vienna.
Located in the 9th district of Vienna, close to the Servitenviertel, you will find all the comfort and infrastructure you need. The apartment is in top condition, is located on the 2nd floor and can be reached by using the elevator or stairs.
Our apartments comes with all the important equipment such as a fully equipped kitchen, blankets, sheets, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer etc.
Besides our wooden and tiled floors, we offer a huge fridge, freezer and microwave.
And last but not least: We have great - and most importantly quiet - neighbors!
The house itself consists of 18 apartment units, many of them are inhabited by their owners. The house was renovated in 2010/2011, windows were replaced as well as the facade painted. An elevator was built in too.

+ spacious and lightflooded wooden floor living room including plenty of storage space, a couch and TV as well as a dining area

Every room is decorated in a modern way, with photographs and paintings of well known Austrian artists.
Feel free to walk or bike along the Danube Channel, which is right around the corner. Less than a minute away from the apartment complex you fill find the Subway U4 as well as tram 5, 33 and D, all of them are taking you in the center, to the shopping street Mariahilfer Straße or our gorgeous castle Schönbrunn Palace.
The monthly costs including utility costs as well as water, gas and internet come to a total of € 1,250.
