My fully decorated cosy flat and the green beautiful garden is in a new building located in chic Etiler. The best location if you want to be close to business/shopping district while being surrounded by green trees and calm neighbourhood. Metro is 300m. and seaside (Bebek) is just 1,5 km away. When you don’t want to go anywhere, just enjoy the lavender garden:) My guests enjoy the house so much, they often come back for second or third time! You will feel home at my place, enjoy!
My apartment has 2 rooms and 1 living room with an open/separable kitchen and a garden. One of the bedrooms is closed to guest access. The main bedroom has a double bed of size 160cm X 200cm. I keep one side of the wardrobe (this section is 100cm wide with 5 shelves and long hanging section) in the bedroom available for your use with many hangers. The bathroom has a spacious shower cabin where 2 people can have shower at the same time. This is the flat that I live in, so you will find all the practical items you may need and I would like my guests to show special attention to keeping the place proper during their stay, since I will be coming back to live after they leave:) The building has a service man if you want to order things for the mornings. My friends enjoy my flat very much and I am sure you will also enjoy the daylight and the calmness of the place.
You will have the main bedroom and the rest of the house except one small room which is just a study and not really suitable for accommodating any more guests.
I would be welcoming you and also seeing you before you leave. In case I am not in the city, a friend of mine will be assisting your check-in. You will have the space for yourselves. Rarely I may need to come to pick up something but very rarely.
The luxurious Akmerkez Shopping Mall is 300m away from the flat. And the metro station is just across the shopping mall. This district is a very chic, prestigious, calm and nice neighborhood. You may find several cafes and restaurants. Cafe for breakfast (Beyaz Firin) is just 100m away and it has a large outdoor terrace and a spacious indoors area. The world famous saltbae’s steakhouse Nusret, bistros Saray, Casita, Ajjna, and also Starbucks are all on the main street across the apartment. Istanbul’s hottest clubs and best restaurants are all located in this neighbourhood. Da Mario, La Scarpetta and Papermoon are very good Italian restaurants within walking distance. Sunset and Ulus 29 are chic restaurants and clubs within a km. The seaside is a short walk away. You can take a taxi from the taxi station which is 30m away. Bebek seaside takes only 5 minutes and costs 10 TL. Kanyon shopping Mall is 2 km away and you can take metro and get off after 1 station or take a taxi for 10 TL. Zorlu shopping mall is also just 2km away.
The new metro line between Levent and Bogazici University is passing under the main street in this neighborhood. The metro station close to my apartment is "Nispetiye". It is one stop after the main stop. From the bus station on the main street (300m from house) located across Akmerkez Shopping Mall, there are buses to Mecidiyekoy, Taksim, Besiktas etc. all main connection points. Taxi station is 30m away. There is a parking lot available just in front of the building.
