Situated just off of the Taff trail, a short 10 minute walk to St Marys Street and Cardiff Central.
The apartment is located on a main road a short walk from the principality stadium and has free on street parking.
We are located really close to the Vegetarian Food Studio which has amazing reviews online.
We are also very close to the Tramshed, and within walking distance to a tesco express, Clare foods store (selling a diverse range of world foods).
You can also walk to Clare road which has a range of urban coffee shops and restaurants and there is a local pub called the Grange nearby for some really lovely pub food.
Parking is easy - we just need your registration number which we then submit and issue you a visitor permit.
You are within walking distance to Cardiff train station if you feel like taking the train to Barry or Penarth to sit by the beach.
There are some free parking spaces along the road outside the property (PENARTH ROAD) please try and use these spaces first .
If you cannot find a space, you can park your car in the white bays along the road which are for permit holders only, we will need the exact times that you will be using the space, so that we can issue you a digital permit. For example you arrive at 4 and you are planning to go out again around 8 and just let us know when you arrive back.
We are flexible with this, we just need to know when the bay is being used as we pay for a certain amount of hours. So we would really appreciate your help with this.
You do not need a permit to park in the bays from 10pm- 8am.
Once you arrive if you need to use the marked white bays please follow these instructions:-
1. Send us your Car Registration ( the visitor permit is for one car) along with a text saying IN
2. if you leave to go out again just send a quick text saying OUT
3. please repeat the IN and OUT steps every time you use a marked white bay.
Please note if these steps aren't followed and a ticket is issued we cannot accept any responsibility.
For the safety of our guests and to ensure that our property is looked after when it is vacant, we do have a security camera at the front of the property which is located to the left of the front door. Please note there is no CCTV anywhere inside the property.
As stated this house is strictly not for parties and although we do not want to spoil your fun, it is important for us to mention that if more people arrive at the property than expected, they will be charged an extra person fee or respectfully and politely asked to leave.
We may require a refundable security deposit- If you are new to AirBNB or you have no reviews, we may require a £250 refundable security deposit for your stay. We will always inform you at the earliest convenience if this is something that we will require for your stay.
