Lovers of the sea and nature, the villa is ideally located between the big blue, the San Peyre and Estérel natural parks. Breathtaking view of the Bay of Cannes, the Lérins Islands and the mountains from all the rooms of the villa.
Ideally located in the heart of the picturesque village of La Napoule in a quiet and residential area. Immediate proximity to all amenities: shops & restaurants (1 min walk), sandy beaches (3 min walk), train station Mandelieu la Napoule (2 min walk), Golf and supermarket (10 min walk). The car is not compulsory!
Villa decorated with a pretty little garden with many Mediterranean species (Olivier, Cypress, Palm trees, Mimosa ...) partly tiled. You can take full advantage of it thanks to its pleasant outdoor furniture, its barbecue, and this day and night thanks to its intimate lighting.
The interior of the villa is warmly and elegantly decorated. Its large living room, with American kitchen, flooded with sun and light, opens onto the garden.
The two upstairs bedrooms are designed to provide comfort to the occupants. One of the bedrooms has its private bathroom with a walk-in shower. An independent WC is also upstairs.
The second bathroom on the ground floor has a large corner bath and a toilet.
Between land and sea, the location of the villa offers a wide choice of cultural and outdoor activities. : Based only ten minutes from Cannes (by car or train), you will be able to enjoy the city recognized internationally for its festivals (the International Film Festival of course, but also the Festival of Pyrotechnic Art with its fireworks weekly from July 14 to August 24, visible from the villa). The reputation of the region is not limited to Cannes but is also based on its exceptional coastal coasts with its many nautical activities, its sumptuous natural parks and many other assets that we will be able to reveal to you.

Summary: beautiful location, very comfortable - outside of the crouded touristic areas but in walking distance to everything needed during the holidays. Thanks to Nathalie and Jordan for being sensitive and carying during our stay, we had the most wonderful holidays with our family! ( 3 Children, age 13,15,19)
