Two bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and the second with 2 0.80cm beds (new bedding). A bathroom with sink and walk-in shower, separate toilet. Outside, enclosed courtyard with sun loungers, terrace furniture and parasol. At the back of the house, garage dimensions: Door width 2.30 m. height 2.40 m. depth 7.90 m. obligation to bring the car in.
EQUIPMENT: television, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric plancha.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
Option: End-of-stay cleaning on reservation: €70. Linen is not provided. Pets not allowed.
