Welcome! This is my cute and brightly decorated house that I own in the Treasure valley. 3 rooms and 1 bath with spacious living areas. It was built in the 1920's and was a blast to remodel with my husband. We live in California and would love to open up our home for those of you who vacation in the area like we do! My house is located right in the historic district of Nampa! Close to shopping, downtown, and not far from everything you need. Easy to navigate through town. You'll love it!
The space
When you walk in you'll notice the unique older qualities of this house. The 1920's really made some fun houses! We remodeled it because it was one of those houses that needed EXTRA love. We tried to keep as much of the older hard wood floors as we could. We updated the heating and air conditioning so you will be comfortable during your stay. Staying here you'll see that its brightly decorated and spacious. We have it fully furnished and stocked full of necessary items you need at your own house. The kitchen has all the cooking supplies you'll need to cook an entire meal and even some spices if you didn't pick some up for your recipe. Help yourself to coffee and anything in the cupboards. Don't forget you'll have access to the grill as well.
The house has 3 rooms and 1 bath/ shower. The house can fit 5 people comfortably for the night or lengthy stays. The master bedroom has a new comfortable king sized bed. The spare room has 2 twin beds. I have a roll away twin mattress you can use for families over 4. I also have a high chair and pack and play for your littles. There's a washer and dryer that you're free to use with detergent on hand. There's an Ironing board and iron as well. those things are in a room big enough room that we have a desk and work space in. Its actually a lovely area for your desk work as it offers a quiet space to do your work and lots of windows so you can still see the outside world.
In Home entertainment - Stocked full of board games! 55in TV in the living room with a DVD player. You also can log into your NETFLIX and other subscription services. Feel free to watch any movie from the collection we have. Free WIFI.
Boise is 30 minutes away. Easy access to the free way.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house. Since we live here when we visit there are some containers that are locked up but other than that make yourself at home. The coziest houses I've stayed at are ones where people live at also. Enjoy my house!
Other things to note
Pets are NOT welcome at my house unfortunately. Our dog is extremely territorial and will definitely mark his territory all over the house when we come back to town. so please no pets.
