South facing and very bright, this house of 190m2 on 1 floor, can accommodate up to 6 people with its 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor you will find :
A large fully equipped kitchen/dining room, a large adjoining living room bathed in light with its 3 bay windows, open fireplace and exposed beams, opening onto a terrace shaded by the Virginia creeper of the pergola.
To complete this space : a large master suite with terrace, organized with a king size bed, a large dressing room, and a bathroom equipped with a bath, a shower and a toilet. Finally, adjoining the kitchen, a laundry room with washing machine and dryer adds a functional side to this pleasant holiday home.
