Charming family house recently refurbished 2 minutes from the Peux des Hommes beach and the Mail market. Able to accommodate 10 people, its bright living room, its various interior and exterior living spaces as well as its private swimming pool and its pétanque court make it a dream home for the holidays. It is suitable for both a large family or friends who want to spend a pleasant time together.
The main house includes:
-a 55m2 living / dining room with high ceilings and a fireplace
-a fully equipped American kitchen
-a TV area
-a laundry room with a wine cellar available
-4 bedrooms:
o a 1st bedroom on the ground floor (180x200cm) with its shower room and wc, which opens directly onto the pool terrace
o a 2nd bedroom upstairs (160x200cm bed) with desk, shower room and wc
o a 3rd bedroom upstairs (160x200cm bed), with its shower room
o a 4th bedroom with 4 bunk beds (90x200cm bed) and its shower room
Also available, a box internet with fibre, a Baby Bjorn travel cot and a deckchair of the same brand.
The annex at the back of the garden is made up of a double bedroom (160x200cm), a shower room, separate toilet and a lounge area .
Outside:
Access to the house is via an entrance gate with digital code with space to store bicycles. Two parking spaces are available in front of the house.
An entrance courtyard houses the summer dining room (3m table and Weber gas bbq) and opens onto the garden with a first living room on a wooden terrace ideal for taking your breakfast. At the back of the house, you will find the heated and secured swimming pool (4 x 8 m) / electric curtain), 4 deck chairs with cushions, and an outdoor lounge. Very pleasant to rest at nap time or have a drink. On the south side of the main house you will find the pétanque court.
