Welcome home! This delightful home is just a few minutes from Wrightsville beach, Mayfaire Town Center and UNCW. Located in the highly desirable Middle Sound Area, you will find all the comforts of home here as well as plenty of space for up to 8 guests. Featuring an open floor plan, in a tranquil neighborhood, this house will instantly feel like home.
Features:
-Master bedroom with queen size bed, walk in closet, TV and adjoining full bath.
-Second bedroom with queen bed
-Third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds to sleep four
-Large open great room with a built in bar, lots of light and plenty of space
-Comfortable living room with a wood burning fire place, flat screen TV, and DVD player with a supply of movies.
-The kitchen is open and well stocked with beautiful custom cherry/glass cabinets.
-The home also has a large laundry room with a new washer and dryer, iron and ironing board as well as lots of storage
-In the back of the home, you will find a large patio and adjoining deck with a gas grill, leading to a private, wooded yard with lots of room to run for the kids. (Please note our home was hit hard during hurricane Florence. Many trees fell and had to be removed. The yard is still in the process of being restored).
What is provided:
-All linens, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies
-A Keurig and traditional coffee maker, toaster oven, blender, laundry detergent and fabric softener
-Beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler and a gas grill
**This home is in a quiet family neighborhood and is rented for short term vacations. There are NO parties permitted and renters must be at least 21 years of age. **

Summary: 1. Front porch light is out. Very dark and hard to see the steps. 2. Something is wrong with the faucet in the master bedroom, no water comes out when hot water handle is turned. 3. The Keurig comes on but will not brew the coffee. 4. Under beds, sofas, etc was dirty. 5. Put more wash clothes in the bathrooms. There was only 1 in the master bath. Had no idea to look in the laundry room to find more. 6. The remote for the TV would not work because the batteries were corroded.
