This light and airy Cape Cod Cottage was built in 1950 but was completely renovated in 2013. It is located on a small road that ends at a marsh and is an easy ten-minute drive from the Bourne Bridge. There is a lovely stone patio to use to enjoy your meals or read a book. Enjoy alfresco dining on the stone patio. There is a large gas grill and plenty of room to eat and to enjoy the day. A hammock in the front yard is a great way to read a book or nap. There are casual restaurants, a grocery store, playground and churches all within a ten-minute walk. There is a small beach under a mile away where you can swim, sun, or just watch the boats or glorious sunsets. There are several nearby beaches under a 15-minute drive as well as other attractions and restaurants. The owner has provided some swim gear for you to enjoy as well as toys and games for visiting children. The finished attic is clean and bright and is a fun place for the children to play (the3rd bedroom) is perfect for a children's bedroom and playroom. There is a king sized bed, single bed and blow-up bed available in the attic. Please be aware that attic has a slanted roof and has low height on the sides. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and two twins in a second room, both on the main floor.
