Cozy, immaculate updated 4 season vacation cottage in Centerville Village, in a very quiet neighborhood, just a 15 minute walk to Craigville Beach. Three bedrooms, one queen, one full, two twins, ceiling fans in each bedroom. All hardwood floors, renovated throughout. Home is exceptionally clean, well equipped and decorated with a beach cottage flair. Perfect for long term summer rental or weekly rental. Screened porch includes comfortable wicker furniture for relaxing after a day at the beach. Landlord beach pass allows access to all Barnstable beaches. Shower off the beach sand in the outdoor shower and enjoy a barbecue on the brick patio with lovely wooded views to an old cranberry bog. A gas grill and fire pit are on the patio. Four Seas ice cream is a 5 minute stroll as are the library, 1856 Country Store and children's playground. Hyannis is home to many restaurants, nightlife, and ferries to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard, museums, and more, all within a ten minute drive. We are a family friendly cottage, with a high chair and pack & play available upon request. Cottage is also well suited for retirees and "girls get-away". Linens are provided, beach chairs and washer/dryer in the basement. Craigville Beach is one of the best family beaches on the Cape. Located on beautiful Nantucket Sound, with warm water, snack bars, bath house and lifeguards. We are just 3 miles from the Cape Cod Melody Tent, a premier summer concert venue. While most summer guests come for sun, sea, and sand, the Cape offers attractions, activities and fun beyond the beach.

Summary: This cottage was exactly as described! Located on a beautiful quiet street within walking distance to Craigville Beach and well appointed with everything a family could need on a beach vacation - including plentiful linens, beach equipment and a much appreciated beach pass . We travelled to the Cape with two kids and my parents, and there was enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably after a day out. The house was absolutely spotless upon arrival and the check-in process was flawless. The outdoor shower was also a huge bonus -- a favourite of mine for a beach vacation esp. travelling with kids. So easy to rinse all the sand off without making a mess. The cottage was cozy and inviting with plenty of parking and outdoor space. We esp. loved the 5 min walk to the general store -- great for local souvenirs for the adults as well as a HUGE toy/candy section which my 9-year old adored. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay -- easy, comfortable and cozy -- a true home away from home!
