This enchanted cottage is located 10 minutes from the quaint towns of Callicoon and Narrowsburg and nestled on 2 acres with apple trees, peach tree, with access to vegetable and herb garden. Recently remodeled and well appointed.
Take it easy at this charming, unique and tranquil getaway, nestled on 2 acres with a west facing patio that looks out onto forest view, apple trees and a peach tree. Cozy indoor working fireplace plus a wood burning stove. 10 minutes to both Callicoon and Narrowsburg and 15 minutes to Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center. 5 minutes to Delaware River.

Come enjoy this newly renovated charming country cottage nestled in a serene wooded environment.
The glassed in veranda has amazing light and faces east looking onto a massive open country field.
The back deck faces west and looks onto a small field with a peach tree. Apple trees line a lovely fenced in garden where we grow all sorts of veggies and herbs from April - October.
A swing next to the garden puts you into an instant meditative state while looking at the beauty of nature.
This 2-acre jewel is just off a country road is extremely quiet. It is meditative and peaceful and secluded even though it is only within 10 minutes of the towns of Callicoon and Narrowsburg. It is also within 15 minutes of Bethel Woods Performing Arts Center which is the site of the original Woodstock. Popular acts such as Lady Gaga, Santana, Shania Twain, Jason Aldean and many more are some of the concerts that one can frequent during the summer months.
The house is equipped with all the modern amenities to make your stay comfortable including high speed internet service.

This is a beautifully appointed country home with inviting and cozy interiors including a lovely wood burning fireplace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and well-stocked.
The main floor has 2 bedrooms, one full bathroom with a bathtub, a half bath, an open living room and kitchen area that opens out to a back facing deck overlooking the back yard and woods. The living room has a lovely couch that can be turned into a very comfortable bed.
Walk down a short flight of stairs to a basement that has the second full bathroom with a shower. There is a large workout room that also has a folding ping pong table should you wish to play ping pong.
There is a laundry room with brand new appliances.
The area has so many wonderful things to do including outdoor activities like rafting and skiing, to exploring the arts, antiques, farms and great restaurants in the area.
