• The bunk beds have a 300 pound weight limit on top and bottom

***Note: There are 3 cameras on the property. 1 oversees the driveway (Ring floodlight), Ring Doorbell Camera and 1 camera on the fire pit side yard. The home is also monitored for sound levels.

***There will be a $500 security deposit hold on your credit card. It's fully refundable unless there are charges for damages, broken item, extraordinary cleaning (more than the usual 2 hours), or anything that requires an expert to come in and repair or replace.
