Pretty as a Picture! Our 4 bedroom 2 bath single level home has just completed an extensive remodel and is ready for you to enjoy! The main living area consists of a large living and dining room combo and features lots of natural light and a 75" Smart TV. We feature high ceilings, air conditioning and high-speed wifi. There are 3 bedrooms all with desks in addition to the large master bedroom with newly remodeled en suite bathroom and huge walk-in closet. The center island kitchen has both a breakfast bar and it's own dining set. It has plenty of storage and is fully stocked for your culinary endeavors. The large covered patio has plenty of space to enjoy the afternoon with 2 rocking chairs, a dining set and BBQ. Complete the picture with a quiet cul-de-sac location right in the heart of Simi Valley near parks, shopping, schools and more. Better hurry on this one!
