House:
- 902sqft with a large backyard. This is a 2bedroom/1bath main house + 1 junior ADU unit (equipped with mini-kitchen and own bathroom).
- There is driveway parking for 2 cars (no garage). 2 more parking available at the back ally back entrance
- The furniture includes 2 beds, 1 kitchen table, 2 TV, sofa, a working desk/chair, a dresser and some essential tools for gardening
Other Amenities:
- Portable A/C: there is a portable A/C ONLY in the living room. We want you to have a cool summer, but we would appreciate being mindful of the power usage and turning off the A/C when it is not being used actively.
- WiFi: there is WiFi access and the code will be given at check-in.
- Laundry units are in the backyard in their own laundry closet.
Rules:
- No parties or events! The reservation will be canceled if there are events or parties at the property.
- No smoking! We will charge a smoking violation fee of $500.
- Please keep noise to a minimum after 10pm.
- We are a pet-friendly property :). Please make sure to clean up after your pet on the property.
