Summary: Both units were very nice and clean. Staff was friendly, very close to Gatlinburg, which is convenient. The waterpark was fantastic for the kids. The only complaints I have is they did try to get me to do a tour of the property for a timeshare. I did refuse and they didn’t like that. Also, the cable was very in and out.
