Positive: The apt was perfect, clean, well stocked with a great location, balcony with close view to the Lake, Museum, Parliament House and CDB all within walking distance. The building has restaurant, cafe and cinema. Sylvia the owner was very accommodating and friendly. I would certainly recommend this apartment.
