Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: it's convenient, on the way to the Camino de santiago walk.

Negative: staff not friendly, dismissive. I arrived 15 minutes before check in time after a long El camino de Santiago walk which she is aware because I looked just like any pilgrim but I am a female. There were 2 guys ahead of me, she checked them in. I told her I have a confirmed reservation, she said wait till check in time, she cut me off. Another guy walked in, no reservation, she gave him a room. I was checked in by a male colleague of hers. No apologies, just same bland attitude.

Summary: Disappointing.
