Positive: Beautiful spot and just some steps away from the sea. We were spoilt for the first 6 nights as nobody else was around the place - there are a few other houses and apartments above and next door. Also pretty walks in the hills behind it including to Marittima, the nearest village with restaurants and a supermarket.
Negative: No TV or internet, but you'll spend much of the time on the terrace anyway. It's easier to eat outside too, as the chairs and small table inside aren't very comfortable. The mattress wasn't comfortable either.
