Century, but has been transformed into a comfortable, spacious holiday home, recently renovated, with modern facilities (kitchen bath / shower / toilets). The house is located in a quiet, sunny area in the small old village of Loggio-Valsolda, 10 km from CH-Lugano. From there you enjoy the view of a great landscape.
You can swim and row a boat in the nearby lake or visit cultural sights.
Many paths for hiking lead through the magnificent landscape, from the lake surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation up to the alpine mountains through meadows, forests and old villages with magnificent architecture.
