Summary: This is a Air BB. There isn't a live person to greet us. Never had any physical contact with property owner or agent. However, many what's ap messages...Here is a message I sent to management company. Haven't received a reply as of this writing. I want to inform you of several issues with suite 107, especially the main access door. When you close the door, it locks automatically. However, when you leave, the door wouldn't open. After several attempts, I realized that the latch doesn't fully retract. I had to use a knife to push it in. However, when I use the key, the latch works perfectly. Also, the floor was dirty. So much so that our socks and bathmats got dirty when they got wet. The place needs a good deep cleaning and general maintenance.
